Sigma Solutions (for Black America)

Phi Beta Sigma has always been a group of social action. Throughout the tribulations of the '50s and '60s on to today, Phi Beta Sigma has been at the forefront of a revolutionary itinerary. Members such as Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale, A. Phillip Randolph, James Weldon Johnson, Kwame Nkrumah, Nnamdi Azikiwe, and Rev. Al Sharpton have all been intstrumental in not just Phi Beta Sigma, but the social politics of the world. In this same vein, Lambda Psi is reaching out to the community with its new program, Sigma Solutions. The goal of Sigma Solutions is simple. Provide those in the black community as well as the community at large with knowledge and insight into the issues that plague our communities today. By bringing in guest speakers from many walks of life to speak about issues they know intimately and express ideals and solutions, we intend to create a new social consciousness that ignites the heart of our community with a new driving force and spirit while also providing our youth and young adults with positive role models and a focus toward some of the less visible, but equally (if not more so) important job/career opportunities out there. Sigma Solutions is Lambda Psi's solution to building a better breed of man and creating a better world for all to enjoy.
Royal Flush

Though Lambda Psi is very much a fraternity that exonerates the ideals of "Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service", the Bruhs are also known for having a good time as well. One of our most recent business ventures, Royal Flush, was a joint party between Charleston Sigmas and Charleston members of the fraternity, Omega Psi Phi. It was definitely a party not to be missed, and for those that missed this one, know you missed one of the biggest parties of the year!

I would like to welcome all to the new website of the Lambda Psi chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. This website is meant to be a great asset for those interested in the actions of the Lambda Psi chapter as we work diligently to expand our cause. We will be posting upcoming events as well as pictures and videos of past events as they happen. This site will be a great archive for a great movement in community building and fellowship among all mankind.
